Yes. Every cart in our fleet is registered as a Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) with the State of Florida. They have seat belts, signals, headlights, taillights, mirrors, and a VIN — and are legal on any road with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less. That covers every street on Clearwater Beach, Sand Key, Island Estates, Downtown Dunedin, and Downtown Clearwater.

The primary driver must be at least 25 years old with a valid U.S. driver's license. Passengers can be any age as long as every rider has a seat — no lap-riding allowed while the cart is moving.

Almost certainly yes. We deliver free throughout Clearwater Beach, Clearwater, Dunedin, Belleair, and Indian Rocks. For other Pinellas County addresses we add a small delivery fee — quoted at checkout. We'll meet you at the lobby, parking lot, or driveway.

No. Our carts are LSVs — street legal only. They are not permitted on the sand or in any off-road environment. Luckily every public beach access on Clearwater Beach has cart-friendly parking nearby.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time receive a full refund. Inside 48 hours the rental is non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are handled case by case — we don't hold you hostage to a bad storm.

30–40 miles on a single charge — more than enough for a full day of beach cruising, dinner runs, and sunset drives. If you're planning heavy use, just let us know and we'll make sure you're topped off.
